The “Good News” As Good News

Here’s a journal entry I made last year that was a much needed reminder for me today so I’ll share it with any who may also need it.

The “Good News” as GOOD news.

There’s usually a problem that precedes Good News.

What is Good News? To all people at all times?

God loves us. He really truly loves you and me.

He sees you. He has never once turned away from you. He has crossed all space and time to be with you. He has gone through death and grave to redeem not only your story in this life, but He will reverse deaths effect on you so that you will live forever in Paradise.

Why?

Because you are his beloved child. Always have been. Always will be.

Because He is GOOD.

So what is the problem that must precede Good News?

The Problem is… we just don’t believe it.
