The Weave of Realms

In short, The Weave of Realms is a fictional book series I’ve created to help place language and understanding on a deeply theological, archetypal and enchanted cosmology, as understood by biblical and ancient texts from around the globe and across ages. Over the course of at least four books, The Weave of Realms will draw readers into a world just outside our own that’s always within reach, and help them understand just who we are and who we can be.

There is a real connection point between this world and the Otherside. It’s called the Weave.

What is the Otherside you ask? Some call it another dimension; heaven, or the skies; the spirit world, the spiritual realm, or the unseen realm. It is simply the place on the other side of this world. The supernatural to the natural.

If you were to look at a tapestry, you would see it has two sides, or two faces. The anterior face is woven to tell a story, placing colors of strands precisely where should go, so that the viewer can see an accurate image. The posterior face may be the inverse in regards to color and strands are unsightly crossed and knotted in order to serve the anterior face. Tapestries aren’t made to been from behind.

But consider what runs within a tapestry or weaving of any sort. Running vertically there are Warp Strings that compose the structure of the weaving. They are the foundation strings through which the entire tapestry’s story hangs. So it is with the Weave between Realms. The entirety of the world as we know it hangs upon the same strings that the entirety of the unseen world hangs upon as well. The world in which you and I live, and work, and have our being is but ONE side of the Weave.
